Our programs provide a foundation in integrative health, personal coaching techniques and solutions for managing a professional health coaching practice. Participant learn the importance of engaging in their own self-care, personal growth and healing in order to work successfully with others. We teach an organic and less mechanistic model of health and disease. Participants learn to value the whole person and how health and wellbeing are created through everyday choices and behaviors. They learn how to create a healing relationship and how to guide and support others in their healing journey.
Training Programs provide a strong didactic base and experiential focus for learning integrative health solutions and core coaching skills. All participants engage in ongoing coaching relationships with their peers.
Classes are by Tele-conferencing. Homework and reading materials are by email.

B1 Health Coach Training Basics                                                                                                        
This introductory program provides all the integral components of health coaching. B1 Health Coach Training Basics consists of 8 Tele-classes that teach techniques needed for understanding health coaching conversations and the dynamics of an on-going health coaching partnership.  Students must also demonstrate a commitment to a self-awareness practice like yoga/meditation/movement throughout the length of the training.

B1 Health Coach Training Fundamentals
This vigorous training teaches the nuts and bolts and how-to of becoming a Health Coach.  It is a vital training for anyone interested in adding a dynamic skill set to their toolbox, as the world of wellness and true health keeps expanding.  The need for professional Health Coaches is only increasing as we move away from a disease-focused model of healthcare to one of wellness and prevention.  B1 Health Coach Training Fundamentals provides individuals the opportunity to become leaders of an ever growing industry of Integrative Medicine and Wellness and increases individuals’ professional marketability.  

During the B1 Health Coach Training Fundamentals students coach each other to integrate their learning and to practice their skills.  As you progress through the training, the duration of the coaching partner work will increase from 15 minutes to 30 minutes to 60 minutes, allowing you to gain critical “hands-on” experience.
